Punkins!

The night before Halloween we carved pumpkins with Jordan and Rob.  The pumpkins were homegrown in Rob's garden.

Stockton and Uncle J... ready to carve!

The yucky insides.  Stockton was a trooper getting them out.

Rob walked around with the baby most of the night keeping her happy, which was a real help.

Mommy helped Stockton carve his pumpkin.  He was so excited about it!

The boys played video games afterward and Jordan gave Savannah a lesson on how to play... one of the many life skills he teaches our kids.

She was a little bit fussy, but every time Jordan played with her hair she would stop crying. It was hilarious!

Stockton's scary pumpkin!

Looks pretty good all lit up!

Brady's, Stockton's, and Jordan's pumpkins.  They all turned out great!

On Halloween I kept with tradition and made dinner in a pumpkin.

Stockton thought it was the coolest thing ever!

Orgill Halloween Party

We had a fun time another Annual Orgill Family Halloween party.

Brady and I went as "Punk - n- Pi." Get it?

Rebecca was the patient of Dr. N. Large.

Pretty little Princess Savannah with Grandpa.

Dustin Orgill Clan.

The characters from Duck Dynasty dropped by.

Tay Tay and David.  No costumes, the little party poopers.

Both Stock and Brock were Woody!  They had a blast playing together, especially with the marbles.

Lil Loie and Ef!

Heather and her boyfriend's costumes really stunk!

Ashley was a Giesha girl.

Danielle did her amazing makeup!

Emily was a witch, also with makeup by Danielle.

Danielle, the biker chick.

The bone hunt!

Jordon made an appearance with his girly friend Elise.

Then we had a little treasure hunt.

Found the loot!

Pass out all the goodies!

Super Rod (Alex) and Pi playing ball

Los Hermanos.

Cookie decorating.

Stockton's green bat!

When the party was winding down, Stockton said he was hungry.  So Grandpa Orgill made him his first bowl of bread, milk and honey.  He loved it!

And he asked for seconds.... Looks like the tradition will be passed on ;)

Teenser

Brady's Grandma, Carolyn Baker, who we call "Teenser" passed away on October 22nd.  I will always remember her happy disposition and her great sense of humor.

Five generations,  Grandma Smith (Teenser's Stepmom) passed away in 2010.

Stockton's blessing day.

Teenser LOVED children!  She always made the babies smile with the funny noises she would make.
This is five generations of the women.  This photo was taken at my baby shower for Stockton.
Unfortunately in her later years she struggled with Alzheimer's and was in an assisted living center for the last couple of years of her life.  We tried to visit her.  Although she couldn't really carry on a conversation, she would always light up when kids came to visit her. She LOVED animals and soft things, so Stockton would always play with stuffed animals with her.

Her funeral was on Oct. 27th, 2012. It was a beautiful service.  You could definitely tell just how loved she was!  I didn't know her at all before her mind started slipping.  But, I got a great sense of what she was like. Such a happy, funny, talented, motivated and loving woman.  She will truly be missed!

Aunt Glenda couldn't wait to hold Savannah!

Cousin Debbie insisted on feeding her.

I had to capture this moment.  It was Rob's very first time holding Savannah!

Brady had the great honor of dedicating Teenser's grave.  He was a bit nervous about it and did a lot of preparation.  He did a wonderful job!
